Philadelphia and Bala Cynwyd Therapy Services

About

Mindset. Belief. Understanding.

How are we different?

We don’t put you in a box. We look at therapy as an individualized process that can help you learn more about yourself and work through issues that may be holding you back. While there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to seeing a therapist, we believe that the ultimate goal is for you to see results.

Some clients need a tools-based, practical approach while others need a more in-depth exploration of their feelings. While one person might benefit from looking at childhood experiences, another might benefit from learning skills to regulate their emotions.

Some of our clients utilize therapy as a place to simply organize their thoughts and get feedback from a trained professional. Our approach is that we look at every client as an individual and collaboratively come up with a treatment plan accordingly.
